Third Triumph: Grasping the two handles with Clouds to create a large fog cloud, covering a 100’ radius. As long as the user, or someone holds these handles he can see through the fog. Fourth Triumph: Grasping the two handles with a Tornado, the user can summon a Whirlwind or Vortex at Caster Level 16 once per day.
