The Wrist Sheath of The Fencer looks like no more than a band on the wrist but it acts like a bag of holding for wands, rods, or even a sword. As a swift move the wearer can summon an object from the sheath, place a wand into the sheath, switch wands between the one in the hand and the sheath. This does not provoke an attack of opportunity.

The Sheath can hold up to 3 wands , 2 Rods, and 1 light weapon or rapier. One can be worn on each wrist.

If a user has quick draw, summoning the weapon is a free action because of ease of instant grip.
