Ben is an outgoing soul who does not seem to have the least interest in being in the spotlight. He has been a solid crewmate. He is an expert at keeping things running. He did enjoy paying music on his electronic keyboard, but in the reduced crew, there is no one to play with. His lover, Sayndra, a former crewmember, is waiting for him when this run is complete and he returns to Regina to start work on his next assignment along with Captain Ebo.
