Ramiva is a harsh desert world orbiting the hotter edge of its star's habitable zone. It has a trace atmosphere, no surface water, and low gravity — a classic Hell World. Life here depends entirely on sealed habitats, extensive recycling systems, and imported resources.
Despite these conditions, Ramiva supports a population of nearly 90 million, living in subterranean cities carved from ancient mines. Society is tight-knit, militarized, and culturally conservative.
Ramiva is ruled by a charismatic dictator supported by a military-bureaucratic hierarchy. Its main export is trained mercenaries, sought after throughout the Marches for their discipline and tactical proficiency.
