Ellen Deng is a loyal member of Thunderbird Security. She initially showed quite the interest in Neil in his early career. However, he proved to be an excellent agent, and he was promoted over Ellen. This made her bitter. While she would never do anything to truly harm Neil, she still will act out of spite.
