| It was a mere week since Founder’s Day, and Ayrn Mordan Valyar, Sovereign Monarch, King of Thylica returned to Stagfell, triumphant in victory over the forest dragon which had taken up residence, along with its plundered treasure. He knew a speech would be needed to help calm the population. The Lizardfolk most effected were far easier to calm the humans that were the bulk of Stagfell’s population. Lizardfolk have a simpler outlook on life, death, and security. Their biggest disappointment was not getting to feast upon the dragon immediately.
