Archbanker Lady Paril dispatched Festo Mise and Dradi Maldus to investigate the silence in Jambis two weeks before the Festival. They were not heard from after they passed through Onara’s tavern.

The two were attacked by the goldpebble snake while using the makeshift shrine in Gold Canyon. Maldus was killed, will Mise, suffering from the goldpebble’s venom, cowered in a cave. Cassia and Corwyn rescued him after killing the snake. Dradi was laid to rest in Stachys.

Festo offered his help in restoring the Temple and his services as a cleric in Stachys.
