This carefully woven set of underclothes is woven from giant spider silk. It provides an armor bonus of +1 (does not stack with other armor), which can offer protection when not otherwise armored, such as in courtly clothes. In addition, the weave of these clothes is designed to trap small piercing weapons, such as daggers, knives and needles, especially used for poison. Against any piercing attack or weapon with a d4 or lower the armor provides DR 3/— and a +3 vs poison on the saving throw if damage does get through.
