=======Pre-Incarnate Phial=======

This phial is crafted of the diamonds used in the //miracle// or //wish// to cast it. The creator casts the spell in the presence of a pre-incarnate soul in the Positive Energy Plane. This is the only magic powerful enough to capture the proto-soul and contain it. 

The bearer of the phial will receive the effects of //greater restoration// once per day. This is automatic for any insanity but under the control of the bearer for other effects. 

The Phial can be destroyed with the release of the pre-incarnate soul, which will cause it to crumble to dust. Once freed, the pre-incarnate soul will linger for 3 rounds, then return to the positive energy plane. Nothing sort of a //miracle// or //wish// can harm the pre-incarnate soul, and doing so might have grave long-term consequences for the living soul that does it.
