Sandy DeBeers (Vargr), Scout Service

Sandy now an old scout. Early on in Rutgers career, he showed his fellow Vargr the real ropes of working in the service. He remains a solid contact for Rutgers, and while his influence is waning, he is still good for a favor once in a while.
