Vin Garteri

Vin Garteri is a decent worker. He has served on Weiss ships for over 14 years. He is a fun shipmate, quick with a joke, a pat on the back, or supportive hug. He has been a decent friend to the crew for the past 6 months. He is also the best person for an illicit drink, a game of chance, or other arranging a hook up.

Vin has limited promotion, with his penchant for the more “fun” activities, which has been frowned upon by his superiors and kept him off any capital ships.
