The Wand Wrist Sheath looks like no more than a band on the wrist but it acts like a bag of holding for wants. As a swift move the wearer can summon a wand from the sheath, place a wand into the sheath, switch wands between the one in the hand and the sheath. This does not provoke an attack of opportunity. 

The Sheath can hold up to 5 wands or 1 wands + 2 Rods or daggers. One can be worn on each wrist.
